高密度タングステン合金
比重１８以上 切削機械加工も容易 ＭＩＭ（Metal Injection Method金屬射出成形）法、ＰＩＭ（Powder Injection Method 粉末射出成形）法による製造も行っております。タングステンを主成分とし、バインダー相をニッケル・銅・鉄等で構成したタングステン基焼結合金です。タングステンを主成分とするため高比重であり、純タングステンと比較して切削加工が容易なことから種々のウエイト（おもり）として広く使用されています。
用途としては、この材料の持つ低熱膨張、高熱伝導、優れた機械特性等を生かしてダイカスト金型部品、半導體部品、機械部品、各種電極、重り、しゃへい材等にも使用されています。ＭＩＭ（金屬射出成形）法、ＰＩＭ（粉末射出成形）法による製造も行っております。
用途・実績例
高比重特性を生かし放射線の遮蔽能力にも優れており、放射線遮蔽材料としても使用されています。近年は、環境問題等から、これらの用途で従來使用されてきた鉛の代替材として注目されています。
