2-3. タングステン輸出関稅の引上げ
國務院関稅稅則委員會の｢2008年関稅実施方案｣によりタングステンの輸出関稅が更に引上げられた。2008年のタングステン製品の暫定関稅率は表3のとおりである。

2-4. タングステンを外資禁止産業(yè)目録に登録
國家発展改革委員會、商務部令第57號により｢外商投資産業(yè)指導目録(2007年改訂)が公布され、2007年12月1日から施行されている。タングステン・モリブデン・錫・アンチモン・蛍石の探査と採掘が外商投資禁止産業(yè)目録に入れられた。
2-5. ｢タングステン業(yè)界參入條件｣の公布
國家発展改革委員會第94號｢タングステン業(yè)界參入條件｣により、2007年1月1日からタングステン製品生産企業(yè)の設立、配置、生産規(guī)模、資源の回収利用及びエネルギー消費、環(huán)境保護、製品品質、安全生産及び職業(yè)病の防止、労働保険の7方面について規(guī)定されている。
2-6. タングステン製品を加工貿易禁止目録に登録
2007年第1回加工貿易禁止目録は、2007年4月26日より施行され、第2回加工貿易禁止目録は2008年1月21日から施行される。禁止品目は表4のとおりである。
